Responsibilities:

• You are a Collision Estimator. Your primary purpose is to Sell & increase sales, Profitably
• The Collision Estimator's job is to sell more work than the shop can comfortably handle.
• You are also a client advocate while working with the Insurance Adjusters to help manage your client's claims.
• Develop new referral sources while expanding the company's gross sales and growth.
• Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with customers, to encourage repeat business and referral opportunities.
• Educate & advise clients with repair expectations. Upsell opportunities observed and acted on.
• Oversees the shop's workflow system, and helps to ensure it is followed for expected correct sales goals & results.
