We are seeking an restaurant managers for a renowned casual dining establishment for our upscale yet approachable atmosphere, offering a diverse menu crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Join our team in the Boston Area You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.

Our scratch kitchen brand is making a name and we are a growing company looking for excellent leaders to grow with us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and control inventory, costs, and budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and encourage professional development among staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
