Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently set up and perform changeovers of vision systems as required.
• Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues with vision systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the operation and maintenance of vision systems.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends in vision systems to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with vision systems, machine vision, or related technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with image processing algorithms and knowledge of hardware components used in vision systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
