Description:

This position is working in a warehouse so worker must be comfortable with that environment. Will be sitting in an office in the Shipping and Receiving area, but moving radios and entering data.

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • ???????Outlook experience also preferred.
  • Duties will include data entry, ticket creation, receiving, shipping, answering calls, doing reports.
  • PC skills a must, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize work and project a professional manner. Most be able to pass DHS Background Investigation.


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have computer skills
  • Candidate must have experience in office and excel & google documents
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Shipping experience
  • Packing experience
  • Data entry experience



• Will there be any lifting? If so, how many pounds? 20 pounds maybe. Will be pushing a cart that has equipment on it.

• Does this position require safety-sensitive functions - Yes, all of the equipment and information are sensitive.

• What are the main responsibilities that your new hire will have? Customer Service, Order entry, Ticket creation; Must be detailed oriented; Quality versus quantity is the standards in this department

• What qualifications are must-haves for candidates?
No certification but must be able to work on computer and be organized.

• What would be some nice-to-have skills for candidates?
FedEx shipping, English

• What software should your new hire be proficient in? Microsoft suite

Safety equipment and PPE will be provided if requested by worker.
