We are looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial and residential buildings. The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints, interpret schematics, and use specialized tools to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems. The Journeyman Electrician must be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mebane NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Electrical License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
