Russell Tobin + Associates is currently seeking Transportation Administrative Support Coordinators to support vendor and freight shipments for our client. Job Title: Transportation Administrative Support Coordinator

Pay: $23 - 24/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 3 months with possibility of conversion

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: HYBRID (2 days onsite; 3 days remote) in Tempe, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of administrative functions including supporting vendors and shippers day to day.
  • Ensuring shipment freights are delivered on time.
  • Focus on case correspondence. Investigate correspondence with shippers, vendors, freight.
  • Maintain minimum 60 vendor/shipper case touches per day and minimum phone calls per day.

Basic Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support in logistics, freight, vendor management, or in a similar capacity
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to determine best course of action from a limited amount of information
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
