  • HVAC experience preferred, but we do have entry level positions available, and we will train the right people.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable Driving Record

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Effective communication skills to communicate with customer and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns.
  • Effective and efficient time-management and organizational skills
  • Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
  • Ability to climb ladders and attic stairs and to work in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
  • Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions that include but are not limited to: heat, cold, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
