Little Bipsy Graphic Designers are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing strategic on-brand solutions across multiple platforms for our fast-moving, innovative clothing brand. The Graphic Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet the needs of Little Bipsy’s business and align with our brand identity. This person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining artwork, marketing collateral, digital media, print proofs, and presentations.


Your Responsibilities

  • Evolve the Little Bipsy brand look and feel across all digital, social, and print channels
  • Maintain and update Little Bipsy's brand guidelines
  • Build and create designs aligned to brand guidelines, ideate on layout, typefaces, colors, and styles for advertisements, publications, and presentations
  • Help maintain the brand asset library
  • Create illustrations, logos, and other brand assets
  • Prepare original textile graphics, prints, and patterns
  • Design and create visual material for use in the organization's social media platforms, advertisements, pamphlets, posters, packages, labels, and other promotional materials
  • Modernize current sales presentations, product guides, marketing collateral, and advertisements
  • Design seasonal clothing lookbooks and line sheets for external retailers with sign-off from key stakeholders
  • Work at a fast pace on multiple projects without compromising quality
  • Use resources efficiently, meet deadlines, and keep others informed of work plans and progress toward goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven graphic designing experience
  • A strong portfolio displaying knowledge of typography, layouts, illustrations, and other graphic demonstrations
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
  • Experience working within both digital and print
  • Strong knowledge of advertising design
  • Ability to independently manage time and work within a fast-paced environment
