Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently address and resolve HVAC issues.
  • Utilize various tools, including meters, refrigerating meters, and voltage meters, to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and updates to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their HVAC concerns.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing service and repair tasks.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in HVAC technology and attend relevant training sessions as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment.
  • Entry to higher-level skills in HVAC systems maintenance.
  • Familiarity with a range of tools, including meters, refrigerating meters, and voltage meters.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of HVAC technical training or apprenticeship program.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in HVAC service and repair is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
