Location: Campbell, CA 95008 (In-Person Work)

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Benefits: Flexible schedule, Referral program

Medical Specialties: Pain Medicine, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift (Monday to Friday), Overtime

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus opportunities

Education: College Associates Degree or higher education (Preferred)

Language: English required. Spanish a plus

Experience: Chiropractic Assistance: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift Availability: Day Shift (Required) Closed Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Patient Welcome: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients as they enter our office, ensuring they have a positive and cheerful experience.

• Phone Communication: Answer phone calls and effectively manage them, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor.

• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and recalibrate equipment to maintain its functionality.

• Patient Care: Facilitate various therapies as per patient care plans, including setting up and assisting with equipment such as DRX-9000, Accu-Spina, Matrix, Cold laser, and Muscle Stimulations.

• Patient Comfort: Ensure patients feel comfortable and at ease during their treatments, addressing any concerns they may have.

• Health Education: Educate patients on healthy lifestyles outside of the office and provide answers to their questions.

• Open Communication: Maintain open communication with patients and their families, discussing treatment plans and addressing concerns.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with doctors and staff to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient treatments.

• Office Management: Assist with opening and closing the office as needed.

Requirements:

• Chiropractic Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a chiropractic setting with direct patient care.
