We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the construction industry. This role requires a high level of physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our Tradesman will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components for our projects.

Duties

- Install sinks, stops, run sewer, PEX and Copper - Experience with Cast Iron is a plus.
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Utilize hand tools to complete various tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Skills
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and best practices.
- Proficiency with hand tools and experience with assembly of plumbing fixtures.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
