dermani MEDSPA is coming to Cool Springs/Franklin, Tennessee We are looking for a full-time Laser Practitioner/Esthetician who is experienced, successful, highly customer service-oriented, and passionate about client care. This team player is willing to learn and takes initiative. A full-time schedule is four days a week and the candidate must have availability Monday - Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Active Esthetician License (Tennessee), Active Cosmetic Laser Practitioner License (Tennessee) and Coolsculpting experience is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, confident, and has a great attitude toward learning and protocol
  • Excellent knowledge of skin care and lasers
  • Maintains only the highest level of customer service
  • Excellent with time management
  • Takes pride in appearance and professional skills
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to service a busy schedule and accompany services with retail
  • Confident in providing stellar care to all clients
  • Play a leadership role in overall operations at the direction of the practice management team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary $25.00 to $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10-hour shift

Pay types:

Hourly pay + Commission + Bonus + Tips

Experience:1 year minimum, 3+ years preferred. Your professionalism, service and work ethic all contribute to your experience level.

License/Certification:

  • Esthetician License (Required)
  • Active Laser Practitioner License
