Chicken Salad Chick - Immediate Assistant Manager Needed for Beaufort Location

Chicken Salad Chick, known for its delicious menu featuring a variety of 12 Chicken Salads, homemade sides, soups, and sandwiches, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager for our Beaufort location. Join our loving team and enjoy a fun work environment where you can positively influence others. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Demonstrate a passion for the business and manage operations
  • Find, train, develop, and recognize top talent
  • Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Lead a multicultural team with enthusiasm

Behavior Characteristics:

  • Work up to forty hours per week
  • Effectively communicate to team members
  • Create a culture of innovation through critical thinking
  • Coach, give direction, and nurture relationships with staff

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in inventory and ordering
  • Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
  • Provide accountability for team members
  • Ensure all brand standards are demonstrated daily
