Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from candidates, employees, and clients.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics to enhance employee development and engagement.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and benefits administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
