We are seeking a Commercial Accounting Specialist/Lease Administrator You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of cash and income for multiple commercial properties.
  • Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses.
  • Review costs for optimal budget planning
  • Review and administer commercial leases.
  • Prepare and create annual reconciliation reports for multiple commercial properties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Finance, financial services, or other related fields
  • Experience in Skyline and or Yardi
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure.
