Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding hardware and network issues

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating as necessary to appropriate support teams

· Conduct system upgrades and installations while adhering to best practices and security guidelines

· Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance

· Document and track all support activities in a timely manner

· Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet client requirements

· Install cabling for Network Rooms

Requirements

· Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role

· Strong knowledge of computer hardware, cabling, and networking concepts

· Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks

· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
