Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician / ABA Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily children, with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Assist with the development of new behavior programs and strategies
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:

• Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
