We are excitedly seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing consulting firm. Due to Verizon’s growth projections and upcoming projects, we are urgently hiring an Entry Level Sales Manager to join our exclusive and supportive team to facilitate client and company growth through consistent market penetration and expansion efforts.

As an Entry Level Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in our organization’s continued success by driving sales growth, participating in the training and development of new team members, and facilitating our client’s regional expansion goals. Our Entry Level Sales Manager role serves as a fantastic opportunity for college graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in the sales management and client services industry. 


Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager:

  • Directly engage with customers to effectively promote the benefits and features of Verizon’s products and services in targeted markets and local events
  • Continuously develop skills to effectively hire, train, motivate, and advise internal sales teams to ensure they are meeting revenue objectives
  • Work closely with management and client executives to understand Verizon’s business objectives and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet their needs
  • Utilize marketing and promotional materials to ensure the enrollment of quality customers and ensure repeat business
  • Achieve company objectives by analyzing campaign performance data, developing sales goals, and forecasting market trends
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and lead training sessions that enhance sales skills and product knowledge
