We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team We are a Healthcare Law Boutique firm in North Dallas which specializes in Medical Malpractice Defense, Regulatory/Medical Board Defense, and many other legal matters concerning the Healthcare Industry. We are a growing firm that is expanding our office space by double. Opportunity for upward mobility is vast

The right candidate should have the desire to be a litigator - adamant in the defense of healthcare practitioners. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Those sitting for July 2024 Bar Exam are welcome to apply; Attorneys who already have legal experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  • Control and manage your own case docket
  • Be able to work both independently and as a team

​​Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an Accredited Law School
  • Active Texas Bar Licensure
  • Familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
