Massage Therapist to join our team

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform massage therapy techniques to address clients specific needs and preferences
  • Assess clients medical history, symptoms, and desired outcomes to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to identify areas of concern and
  • provide appropriate treatments
  • Utilize trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension and
  • promote relaxationEducate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the effectiveness of treatments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
  • Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Massage Therapist license
  • Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to massage therapy
  • Experience in acute pain management and pain relief techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient care
  • Ability to assess patients needs and customize treatments accordingly
