What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with clients, sales team, engineers, and other stakeholders on both new and ongoing projects.
- Select and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively to address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports to internal teams and clients.
- Clarify contract terms and technical details for all involved parties.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and cost estimates, keeping projects on track.
- Conduct construction progress meetings and maintain thorough documentation.
- Oversee quality control and assurance during installation.
- Coordinate material and equipment delivery to meet project deadlines.
- Lead by example in promoting and enforcing safety standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, flagging any concerns.
- Facilitate progress billings and manage project finances effectively.
- Coordinate resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in job progress meetings and project turnover discussions.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in HVAC or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
