Due to significant growth, Prime Restoration & Remediation, LLC is currently seeking motivated people to join our team in our RI office.  We specialize in 24/7 residential and commercial cleanups including water extraction, drying and dehumidification; fire and smoke damage restoration; mold and mildew mitigation services; and storm response services for losses in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Position Available:  Accounts Receivable Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

·         Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients

·         Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

·         Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies

·         Process credit card payments and reconcile transactions

·         Prepare bank deposits and reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

·         Maintain organized records of all billing and payment transactions

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in accounts receivable or Insurance industry preferred

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing is a plus

Compensation will be based on experience.  Employees are compensated for overtime and holiday pay. Benefits include Health/Dental, 401K Plan, Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy.
