Litigation Paralegal

Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our medical malpractice team You will provide overall support to attorneys.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and summarize medical records
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
• Research and retain expert witnesses
• Assist with file maintenance and record retention
• Assist with trial preparation

​Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certification (ABA-approved paralegal program)
• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Familiarity with medical records
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
