From creating memorable experiences at our Snip-Snap Station to maintaining the playful yet pristine environment of our Pampered Place, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting moments of delight for our cherished clientele.

At Sweet & Sassy, we're not just a salon – we're a haven for children aged Infant to 12, offering a unique blend of salon services, spa treatments, retail delights, and unforgettable parties. Our mission? To brighten our customers' days with unparalleled service and leave them saying "wow."

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with salon colleagues to optimize sales processes for our range of services and products.

- Ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly, and exceptional service in a welcoming setting.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our salon's offerings to better assist customers.

- Take charge of opening and closing salon operations as required.

- Keep our product areas well-stocked and organized through diligent inventory management.

- Showcase your skills in braiding, shampooing, cutting, and styling hair with finesse.

Qualifications:

- Valid TX Cosmetology License.

- Must know how to braid

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A natural ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Creativity and self-motivation are your driving forces.

- Stellar interpersonal skills for seamless interactions with both internal and external customers.
