Position Overview

The Sr. Cost Accountant is responsible for completing quotes requested by Sales in a timely manner and various aspects of finance and cost accounting. These include quotes, daily job variance review, monthly plant financial closure, accounting responsibilities, assist in forecasting and budgeting and other duties as assigned. Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing pricing or quotes is desirable
  • Experience with cost accounting and month end close
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
