Job Title: Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Brewster, NY

Position Type: Per-Diem (2-3 days/week)

Shifts Available: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm


Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Availability for at least 1 weekend per month.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and quality patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
