Miami First Remodeling Corporation is looking for an experienced, motivated field guy, to complete full bathroom and kitchen remodels and much more

Duties:

  • You will need to have a reliable car, tools and valid driver license.
  • You should be able to: install a toilet, sink, shower set, build framing, drywall, paint, touch ups, handyman work and more.
  • The primary role is to go to a job site, start to finish a kitchen or bathroom work, one job at a time, you do labor as demo, walls, drywall, paint, baseboards, basic rough plumbing, install premade cabinets, install floors.
  • Supervise other field subcontractors that works with you.
  • Be present and count on the necessary permits.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • You will need to have at least 5-10 years field experience working with general contractors on residential projects such as house remodeling and room additions.
  • Looking for a self-motivated, well organized, highly experienced person that can lead, control, and command all field subs and workers in the field.
  • Ability to read construction blueprints and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years’ experience working in the construction field.
  • A valid driver’s license from state of residence is required.

Pay: Starting $30 hourly PLUS gas/vehicle allowance.
