Responsibilities

  • Create weekly/monthly invoices
  • Provide monthly financial reports
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Biweekly processing of payroll using ADP WorkForce
  • Manage books for multiple entities in the group
  • Manage office administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, ADP WorkForce
  • Must be willing to work five days a week onsite in Addison, TX
