Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender / Craft Mixologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving innovative and high-quality cocktails to complement our private dining experiences. Your expertise in mixology and passion for creating memorable beverages will contribute to the exceptional standard of service and luxury our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare a diverse range of cocktails, including our in house branded recipes and unique creations tailored to client preferences.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of beverage trends, premium spirits, and seasonal ingredients to enhance the cocktail menu.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their preferences are met.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory management and stock control.

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

  • Growth opportunity: Collaborate closely with our culinary team to ensure beverage pairings complement the chef’s cuisine and elevate the overall dining experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or Craft Mixologist in high end catering, luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or similar upscale setting.

  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a passion for creativity and innovation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is required

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by our event schedule.
