Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Garage Door Scheduler to join our team. As a Commercial Garage Door Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the installation and servicing of garage doors for our clients. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for garage door installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment details and provide necessary information.
  • Manage service technician schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and service history.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth operation of scheduling processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling issues promptly and professionally.
  • Answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Data Entry

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of garage door systems and components is a plus.
