Express Employment Professionals is seeking Catering Delivery Drivers for Campus Dining at a local University in Amherst, NY.

This is a great direct hire opportunity

 

Pay: $15.56-16.32 plus gratuity

Hours: Typically 4 week days and 1 weekend day

 

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS driver’s license with clean, safe driving record.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience required, food preparation, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Verifiable experience with cash handling and the ability to make change accurately.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English, and correctly identify product.
  • Must be able to prioritize work and execute tasks with speed and efficiency.
  • Regular attendance required.
  • Must be able to communicate well with customers and management.
  • Must have professional appearance, demeanor, and hygiene.
  • Must have basic and accurate math skills.
  • Must be, or become, ServSafe certified (attend required class and pass test).
  • Must have dependable transportation.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, load, and unload delivery vehicle.
  • Drive to and from assignments, delivering food orders to customers on campus.
  • Responsible for safe operation of vehicle, keeping vehicle neat and clean; minor maintenance of vehicle, including checking and filling of gas and windshield washer fluid.
  • Keeping vehicle and keys in assigned places.
  • Maintain high sanitary, hygienic, and safety standards and conditions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
  • General cleaning and other food service duties as requested by management.
