Position Overview:

As a Roofing Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base by engaging with homeowners and property managers in targeted neighborhoods. You will represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting our roofing services and initiating contact with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door Canvassing: Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce our company and roofing services to homeowners. Engage in friendly and informative conversations to assess their roofing needs and schedule appointments for consultations or inspections.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads by gathering relevant information about homeowners' roofing concerns, preferences, and timelines. Document lead details accurately and promptly enter them into the CRM system for further follow-up.
• Marketing Material Distribution: Distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and promotional offers, to residents in the target area. Ensure that materials are distributed effectively and in compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with homeowners through effective communication, active listening, and empathy. Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally and courteously, showcasing our company's expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for roofing consultations or inspections with interested homeowners. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up, providing detailed information about the lead and any specific requirements or preferences.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data on canvassing activities, including the number of doors knocked, leads generated, appointments scheduled, and feedback received. Compile reports on performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
