Ride & Paddle is looking for a friendly, energetic person to help lead our thriving bike and kayak business on the weekends. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and top shelf gear to help people spend time outside enjoying Siesta Key and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will focus on customer service, deliveries and equipment maintenance. If you are passionate about working in the sports and recreation industry, we look forward to hearing from you. Full-Time (Friday to Tuesday). $16 to $20, depending on experience and education. Annual bonuses, paid vacation and retirement available for tenured employees.

Responsibilities include

• Open and close store

• Assist customers with product questions

• Accurately and efficiently process sales and reservations

• Keep displays fully stocked with gear that is ready to go

• Deliver, maintain and repair equipment

• Receive, inspect and clean returning equipment

• Other duties as assigned

Crew Member Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or GED certificate

• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to lift moderate weight (60 lbs)

• Ability to drive stick shift and scooters.

• Technical aptitude (bike and/or scooter maintenance experience preferred, but not required)

• Clean driving record required

• Honest with friendly disposition

• Reliable and punctual attendance

Smoke/vape free work environment.
