We have developed a simple business model, where those with a good attitude and who are willing to work hard can
excel. 

The beauty of our management style, and what sets us apart from the rest, is that we will never ask anyone to do
what we haven't already done before. We start all candidates at the ENTRY LEVEL, so they know how to do every
facet of our business. This allows our account managers to problem solve different situations, and often times,
develop new marketing strategies because they understand the product and client's needs.

 Relationship Building
 National Networking

Requirements
What makes the right candidate for RTA?

4. Hard workers: Willing to do what it takes to get the job done and make the client happy.
5. Organized: Maximizes time wisely
6. Business mentality: Business requires a bit of thick skin. Need to be able to receive constructive criticism and apply
feedback.
7. Want MORE We are looking for someone who has the mentality that the more the company grows; the candidate
grows (and visa versa). Think big and outside the box.
8. The ability to take control: We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone who can take a
project and run with it. Take control of events/clients, situations and their personal growth.
