Responsibilities:
- Support the PC&L Manager and team on management reporting and other tasks assigned.
- Develop digital files that supports and improve control and reporting.
- Lead the implementation of company standards related to Logistics.
- Lead the Implementation of MSES Motherson SAS Excellence System fundamentals within the logistics department.
- Working cross functionally with other departments and parties to identify improvement opportunities in processes focused on Logistics.
- Preparing Documentation: Procedures, work Instructions, visual aids, etc. for logistics processes regarding FIFO, Inventory Management and logistics standard processes as needed
- Activities will be performed in office and operation / warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (US/Canada)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Can work a minimum 30 hours/week
