We are a leading subcontractor specializing in finish carpentry installation for commercial and residential projects. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated office personnel to join our team. This position will involve a variety of tasks including data entry, job scheduling, customer service, estimating, and ticket writing for our commercial and multi-family division.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule jobs and coordinate with project managers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members.
- Assist with estimating tasks for upcoming projects.
- Write and manage tickets for ongoing projects.
- Utilize software programs such as QuickBooks (primarily Sales Orders), Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and systems.
- Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to take directions and follow instructions.
