HVAC Technician

We are looking for a Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team You will join a team of Swiss army knives and service, maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems. You will operate mostly in the residential and multifamily market, frequently installing heat pumps. A journeyman license will qualify you for our top pay scale.

Responsibilities:

• Service and Diagnose heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields.
• Experience with heat pumps is a plus.
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Some experience with commercial systems is a bonus.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
