Classification: Non-exempt

Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:30am. Overtime as assigned. $3 differential plus sign on bonus.

Responsibilities: The Night Shift Supervisor will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the night shift operation to ensure quality and productivity from night shift employees, overseeing the production of multiple areas including, prep, powder coat, and final assembly, take initiative to ensure all areas are meeting quality specifications and productivity goals, ensure a safe work environment is kept, and other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in a managerial position

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in the utility body industry (not required)

Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of software and drafting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. at times with help.
