Sheet metal fabricating job shop looking for versatile team member that is skilled in press brake sheet metal forming that is interested in learning to run a laser or has experience on laser cutters .

Full time 1st shift insurance with health insurance company pay 70% employee pays 30%

Job Requirements: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

- Set up and run of press brake with Delem DA-66T controller. Minimum of 2 Years experience set up and run on press brake forming sheet metal parts Must be proficient at set up with 2 years minimim.

Would also be unloading part from laser

-Deburring parts

- Measure material

- Stack parts and pallets

- Review routes on quality documents; check material thickness/type for accuracy

- Check parts to assure producing quality parts

- Keeps Team Leaders informed of any machine or quality problems

- Participate in the on-going training offered

- General shop duties

-Candidate Requirements:

- Must be able to read blue prints

- Must have great initiative / will to work.

- Must have a positive attitude

- Must have a current valid drivers license

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be able to follow directions

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Must maintain good attendance

- Must have high school or equivalent education

- Must be able to pass drug screening

- Must be able to lift 50lbs and 70lbs on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

 

Experience:

 

  • set up and use of a press brake: 3 years (Required)

 

Work Location: In person
