Westmoor Mfg. Co. located in Fort Worth, TX. is seeking a full time Facility Housekeeper to clean and sanitize our commercial building.

The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. We are looking for a hardworking individual to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our facility and warehouse. This individual will work closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager and alone. Being able to collaborate, follow instructions, and stay on-task is key.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

• Daily dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping in the office, breakrooms, bathrooms, & warehouse

• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels)

• Maintain cleaning supply products and request new supplies when necessary

• Empty trash bins daily

• Report maintenance tasks needed such as replacing light bulbs, clogged sinks & toilets

• Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning

• Cleaning windows & doors

• Maintain daily cleaning schedule

• Clean out breakroom refrigerators weekly

• Assist the facility maintenance manager as needed

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior office cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory

• Excellent organization and housekeeping skills

• In-depth knowledge of cleaning solution and their uses

• Working knowledge of health and safety standards

• Ability to work well with others and alone

• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long hours

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)

• Time management skills

 

 

Salary: $16 per hour with 90 day review

Background check and drug screening required
