A Quality Control position demands a meticulous individual with a strong aptitude for using inspection tools such as calipers, measuring tape, pin gauges, angle protractors, and squares. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints and conducting mechanical inspections to ensure precision and accuracy in accepting our manufactured materials. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct Detailed Inspections: Perform thorough inspections using precision tools such as calipers, measuring tape, pin gauges, angle protractors, and squares to assess the accuracy and compliance of materials with established standards and blueprints.

· Read and Interpret Blueprints: Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure that design elements, dimensions, and angles align with specified requirements, contributing to the overall precision and quality.

· Execute Mechanical Inspections: Utilize mechanical inspection techniques to assess the functionality and structural integrity of components, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications to maintain quality standards.

· Ensure Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Verify that all materials strictly adhere to brand guidelines, including color schemes, and overall design for consistency, for protecting the ESL brand.

· Work with Minimal Supervision: Demonstrate a high level of initiative, working effectively with minimal supervision to conduct inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures promptly. Collaborate with the team to communicate findings and ensure continuous improvement in the quality control process.

Position Experience and Qualifications:

· Excellent attendance demonstrating a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality for work responsibilities and deadlines.

· 1+ years of utilizing a variety of inspection measurement tools to verify components against blueprint requirements.
