James Island Christian School is looking for qualified and called teachers to help lead our students and staff into a new season.  JICS will reopen a High School, August of 2024.

  • Upper School Social Studies - Small class size, Chrisitan worldview, and strong parental support are characteristics of our classrooms.  Full time, 10 months. For more information submit a resume to personnel@jics.org.
  • Upper School English - MS English & MS Social Students - Two teachers at the middle school level are needed for English and Social Studies.  Small class size, Chrisitan worldview, and strong parental support are characteristics of our classrooms.  Full time, 10 months.   • Computer Science - Across multiple ages, teaching everything from how to use Google Suite, to typing, to coding.   Small class size, Chrisitan worldview, and strong parental support are characteristics of our classrooms.  Full time, 10 months.   • Spanish - Crossing multiple ages, teaching with a language immersion curriculum.  Small class size, Chrisitan worldview, and strong parental support are characteristics of our classrooms.  Full time, 10 months.
  • Teaching Roles are FULL-TIME and 10 months.  Benefits include:  Tuition Discount for children; HSA; other Benefits; Paid Time Off.  
  • Admin Assistant - Offering support to the executive team, including Head of School and Director of Development.
