Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Experience required to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
  • Proven experience as maintenance mechanic. [5 years minimum of hands-on work in the field]
  • Electrical experience [minimum 5-years’ experience]
  • Sound mechanical & electrical aptitude aimed at handling repairing tasks
  • Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot production equipment/process to make repairs and improvement and minimize downtime. Need effective communication skills to inform production department regarding issues with equipment.
  • Will be working individually and as a team to do repairs.

Working knowledge of:

  • Metal fabrication utilizing torch, welder, plasma cutter
  • Power and hand tools
  • Electronics, hydraulics & pneumatics
  • Experience with drives and controls preferred
  • Operate forklift
  • Must possess basic math and computer skills.
  • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
  • Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Speak/understand Spanish helpful.
