- Someone who is easily engages with seniors, our visitors and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive and supportive manner, like family.
- Someone who is able to provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manners
- Someone who is trained to assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
- Able to accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment. Accrual rates begin at 5.32 hours per month based on a 40-hour workweek. These accruals include the required sick leave per Washington State’s Paid Sick Leave Law
