Entry Level Admin – Itasca, IL
$20-$22/Hour - Plus full health benefits, 401(k), and a generous PTO package

A flexible and creative thinker, who can successfully manage their administrative workload and contribute to the success of our company by demonstrating leadership and finding ways to improve and streamline our processes will be the candidate of choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, assist in special projects as requested
  • Track shipments from multiple points of origin to final destinations
  • Input data into an inventory tracking system and input entity changes, such as name and address changes, on a computer system
  • Create, maintain, and issue reports and shipping documents
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and files of a complex or confidential nature
  • Proactively establish and maintain highly organized filing system; file correspondence and other records
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings and provide scheduling assistance as needed
  • Other general office administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Some office experience preferred – but we are open to recent graduates who are new to the workforce and looking to grow with us
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
