Upbeat salon is looking for a part time salon coordinator. At this time we are looking for a great multitasker that to work in a customer facing role as well as behind the scenes. If you're looking for a collaborative & creative environment this might be the position for you.

  • Great at making people feel welcomed?
  • Highly orginized self starter?
  • Great at talking one the phone?

Experience in customer service is highly preferred, but not necessary. We have a training protocol. However, we are looking for someone who has a passion for the beauty industry.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Greeting clients and getting them checked in
  • Client communication including texting, emailing and phone calls
  • Making appointments
  • General Housekeeping
  • Inventory and ordering
  • Running payroll
  • Checking clients out and taking deposits

 

 

This position is Monday- Wednesday from 9:30-5:30.
