**Position: Maintenance Technician

**Location: Apartment Mart - Lake Pointe Apartments, Springfield, IL

**Type: Full-Time

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents' satisfaction and enhancing their quality of life.

**What You'll Do:**

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside of residential units on the property

- Address resident maintenance requests promptly and effectively.

- Conduct inspections of units, common areas, and facilities to identify issues and ensure safety compliance.

- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to uphold the longevity of equipment and facilities.

- Provide exceptional customer service, interacting professionally with residents and colleagues.

**Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to handle lifting and manual tasks.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
