We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.

As Executive Director, your duties will include:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization

· Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve organizational success

· Lead and manage all operational activities, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource allocation

· Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organization

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners

· Oversee financial management and budgeting processes

· Identify opportunities for business development and partnerships to expand the organization’s reach and impact

· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

· Represent the organization at external events, conferences, and meetings

Experience:

· 5 years’ experience in a home care setting is preferred

· College degree preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience

· Self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make decisions independent of others

· Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position

· Strong background in operations management and strategic planning with experience in process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive organizational success

· Track record of successfully managing budgets and financial resources
