We are seeking a Salesforce Data Migration Analyst to become an integral part of our team You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate the ICF v1 to UAT and Prod, this source file was migrated to QA and we are awaiting QA sign off which will trigger the push to UAT then Prod
  • Migrate the remaining records from ICF v2 to Dev, QA, UAT Prod. This source file contains about 1k records (give or take)
  • Migrate the remaining 2 source files (we had a 3rd one but it got descoped) to Dev, QA, UAT and Prod. These files are "Data & Trends" (aka ISR) and NASS. The two files might also have inspection records and Commodity information that would need to be migrated and/or related to existing records. The total number of records is estimated to be between 4k to 8k.
  • For the migrated accounts, we will need to create a Location and (location) Address records, this could come from the source files or, for some of them, from the account records. The latter would be an export of the address from the account then creating the respective records (Location + Address)with the same details.
  • As per CDFA, they are going through a cleanup process and we anticipate no duplicates or a very small number of duplicates that would be flags based on the FarmID (unique field). The challenge is ensuring the Source to Target mapping is correct and the sequence of events is well defined.
