Real Estate Maintenance Company looking for a Certified EPA Lead Inspector or EPA Lead Risk Assessor to conduct lead-based paint XRF testing, risk assessment and final clearance, in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations. Other environmental duties, as needed. The applicant must have strong verbal and communication skills. Must be well organized and be able to work independently and complete field assignments by set deadlines.
Minimum requirements: EPA Lead Inspector or EPA Lead Assessor Certification and a Valid NY Driver’s License.
Technical requirements: Radiation Safety/XRF operator certificate.
The final agreed compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
Work location: At various sites in the NY metro area
